We deliver to various industries. Having invested in some of the advanced production facilities in the market, BECHH are able to match any demands and wishes from our customers. Please click on one of the below technologies to be inspired from our production facilities:
CERTIFIED WELDERS
We have the requested certifications for welding in various kinds of steel constructions, stainless steel goods, tubes and a whole lot more.
TIG welding is the most common welding type when working with stainless steel, where quality and hygiene are important factors.
Orbital welding is normally used for food tubes to ensure a uniform and hygienic welding process.
Plasma welding is used for constructions in a large scale where we use our welding robot.
Orbital welding
Application examples for orbital tube to tube and pipe welding
Fusion welds of thin-walled tubes cover a wide range of applications, for example in the following fields: semiconductor industry, biochemistry, instrumentation, food and beverage, pharmaceutical industry, chemical/ sanitary industry, and aeronautics/aerospace. In most cases, the tubes are made of austenitic stainless steel, but nickel alloys as well as titanium and its alloys can also be welded. The range covers diameters from 20 to 500 mm; with various wall thicknesses, but mostly between 0.2 and 3.2 mm. For several reasons, it may be necessary to apply filler metal in orbital welding procedures:
With our special build orbital welder is it possible to weld tubes up to 6000 mm with diameter 500 mm
Orbital welding is the optimal process for tube installations with strict demands for uniformity. With orbital welding, our customers are ensured accuracy on the goods and gentle treatment of the inner surfaces – and can be economically attractive compared to other welding methods.
COLLARING
We use the newest and most advanced technologies for collaring of tubes. Our techniques are especially suitable for units with strict demands for hygiene. Especially tubes for processing equipment for the food industry.
By using tube collaring to reduce production costs, you can save expensive T-pieces and welding processes. Furthermore, you will obtain a perfect hygienic inner surface that is often crucial in the food processing industry.
Our collaring processes match the strict industry demands for hygiene, accuracy, strength and economy.
ASSEMBLY
We make sure that our customers get one contact person, who is responsible for our delivery, according to requirements and of course on time.
Glass-bead blasting
WE have one of the most advanced production units for glass-bead blasting of stainless steel and aluminum in the industry today. The unit is also among the biggest and most efficient which makes BECHH able to handle very large goods. The goods are left clean and with a smooth and non-gloss surface.
After-treatmentWe always recommend acid treatment as an efficient method for re-establishing the protected oxide layer on stainless steel goods.
We are one of the preferred supplier of glass-bead blasting in the industry today, mainly because of our vast experience in special tasks in stainless steel and surface treatment of the goods.
A Tradesman For Any Size Job
As a subcontractor, BECHH provides some of the most demanding industries, which requires that we can match any technical and quality demands.
BECHH has specialized in assembling complete processing systems or machines based on our customers’ requirements. Our engineers have the expertise and experience to work with industrial systems for the food processing, pharma and offshore industries. Besides, we are organized so that we can profit from everyone’s expertise and skills.
Surface Treatment
Pickling
Pickling is a pre-passivation process of treating stainless steel parts with an acid solution, typically hydrochloric or sulfuric acid, which can remove oxide scale and heat tint while dissolving steel flecks embedded in the part. Pickling improves the corrosion resistance of Stainlees steel
